General Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the student named below, hereby release and hold harmless Rugger Educational Tours, its owners, employees, chaperones, affiliates, and vendors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, or damages sustained during participation in any tour-related activities, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, entertainment, and campus visits. This release applies except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I understand that while every effort will be made to ensure a safe and supervised environment, participation in travel and group events involves inherent risks.

Medical Authorization & Emergency Treatment Consent

I authorize Rugger Educational Tours and its representatives to seek medical attention for my child in the event of illness or injury during the trip. This may include first aid, transport to a medical facility, and treatment by medical professionals. I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me or the emergency contact listed before initiating treatment, when possible.
I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications on the registration form.

Code of Conduct Agreement

All student participants are expected to:

• Follow directions from Rugger Educational Tours staff and chaperones
  
  
• Stay with the group unless given express permission to leave
  
  
• Avoid the use or possession of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or vaping products
  
  
• Treat others with respect and maintain appropriate behavior at all times
  
  
• Show respect for school property, public spaces, hotel rooms, and all venues visited
  
  
• Represent themselves, their school, and Rugger Educational Tours with pride and responsibility
  
  

I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in disciplinary action, including immediate dismissal from the tour at the parent’s or guardian’s expense. No refunds will be issued for removal due to behavioral violations.

Media Release Form

I grant permission for Rugger Educational Tours to photograph and/or video my child during tour activities. These images and recordings may be used in promotional materials, brochures, social media posts, the Rugger Tours website, and other marketing or educational purposes. I understand that my child’s name will not be published without additional consent.

Transportation Waiver

I acknowledge and understand that my child will be transported using licensed and insured charter buses or vans contracted by Rugger Educational Tours. I release Rugger Educational Tours and its staff from any liability related to transportation services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by their representatives.

COVID-19 and Communicable Disease Waiver

I acknowledge that travel and group activities may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By allowing my child to participate, I assume all risks associated with possible exposure and agree that Rugger Educational Tours cannot be held liable for any resulting illness, unless caused by gross negligence. I agree to follow all health protocols required at the time of travel, including mask mandates, proof of vaccination, or testing if required by venues or transportation companies.
