At Rugger Educational Tours, all hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy, meaning each student will share a room with one roommate. This helps keep costs affordable and promotes a fun, social experience during the trip.

👫 Roommate Requests

Students are encouraged to choose their own roommate. Please include the first and last name of your preferred roommate when completing your registration. Both students must list each other for the request to be guaranteed.

🛏️ Don’t Have a Roommate?

No problem! If your child does not have a roommate selected, we will thoughtfully match them with another student who we believe will be a good fit based on age, school, and personality traits.

🛌 Requesting a Single Room

If your child would prefer a private room, there is an option for a single room at an added expense, depending on the number of nights and days of the trip. This option will be available for selection during registration.

👨‍👩‍👧 Group Rooms (3 or 4 Students)

Rooms for 3 or 4 students are also available. If your child would like to room in a group, please list the names of all students during registration. Our team will contact you to discuss custom pricing for these arrangements.

If you select a triple or quadruple room, your total cost will be adjusted and refunded accordingly before the trip. Please note:

• Triple and quadruple rooming is only available if you personally know and coordinate with the other students in your room.
  
• If you are registering alone or do not have specific roommates, you will be paired with another student we believe is a good match.
  

If you prefer not to share, you may opt for a single room at an additional cost, which will be shown as an option during registration.
