At Rugger Educational Tours, hotel accommodations are based on quad occupancy, meaning each student will share a room with three others. This setup helps keep the trip affordable and encourages a social, inclusive experience.

Roommate Requests

Students are welcome to request their own roommates. To guarantee a pairing, both students must list each other by full name during registration.

No Roommate? No Problem.

If your child doesn’t request a roommate, we’ll thoughtfully match them with another student based on factors like age, school, and personality. We’ve had great success creating comfortable and friendly rooming situations.

Upgrade Options

Prefer more privacy? Single, double, and triple room upgrades are available for an additional cost. These options can be selected during the registration process.
