At Rugger Educational Tours, we believe that every student should feel seen, supported, and valued throughout their college tour experience. That’s why we go beyond logistics—we take time to understand the students we’re traveling with.

As part of the registration process, we ask parents to share a bit about their child’s interests, school involvement, and goals. This helps our certified tour guides connect with students in a more meaningful way—whether it’s through casual conversations, encouragement during the tour, or thoughtful roommate assignments.

If a student does not have a selected roommate, we’ll use this information to match them with someone who shares similar interests or personalities. Our goal is to create a positive, welcoming environment for all participants—where every student feels comfortable, engaged, and excited to explore their future.

All information shared is reviewed only by our trusted staff and used solely to enhance the student experience.
